Pieces and prices

Every piece is pre-loved and one of a kind. We describe and photograph each piece honestly, including visible wear. Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and the total, including the AED 25 delivery fee, is shown before you pay.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you see our confirmation; your receipt is emailed by our payment provider. Pieces are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If a piece sells before your payment completes, we refund that piece in full automatically.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery and returns

We deliver within the UAE as described on our shipping page. You can return a piece within 7 days of delivery as described on our returns page. These terms do not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Launch events

Dates, venue and attendance arrangements are announced separately and are subject to confirmation.
