Getting it to you.

Delivery fee

AED 25 per order, whatever the number of pieces, to any address in the UAE. The fee is shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay. We do not deliver outside the UAE yet.

When it arrives

We dispatch within 1–3 working days of your payment. Delivery usually takes a further 1–2 working days, so most orders arrive within 1–5 working days. We will contact you by email or phone if anything delays your order.

Your details

At checkout you give your delivery address, email and phone number so we and our courier can deliver your order. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel.

One of a kind

Every piece is unique. When you start checkout, your pieces are held for you for 30 minutes; once payment is confirmed they are yours and are removed from the collection.

In-person sale

Pieces bought at a Virb pop-up are paid for and collected there. See the launch page for current plans.
