Online ordering opens soon. Once it does, you can return an online order within 7 days of delivery.
How to return
Email virbthrift@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your name and the item code (it starts with “v-” and is on the receipt and the tag). We will reply with the return address. Please wait for our reply before sending anything.
Condition
Return the piece unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it, with its Virb tag. Every piece is pre-loved, so wear described on its product page is not a reason for return.
Return delivery
You pay for sending a piece back, and the AED 25 delivery fee is not refunded. If a piece arrives damaged or significantly different from its description and photographs, tell us within 7 days and we will cover the return and refund the delivery fee too.
Your refund
Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the price to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
