Browsing this site

Vercel hosts the site and may process technical request information such as IP addresses and server logs to deliver and protect it. There is no account signup or advertising cookie.

Visit counts (only if you allow)

When you first visit, we ask whether we may count your visit. If you tap Allow, the site sends anonymous counts to our own storage: which page you opened, a few actions (such as opening a product, adding to the preview bag or tapping Instagram), a broad source such as “Instagram” or “Google search”, and whether you use a phone or a computer. We do not store your IP address, a cookie or ID, the page you came from, or anything you type. If you tap No thanks, nothing is sent. Your choice is kept in this browser only.

Change my visit-count choice

The same choice also switches on Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), which helps us see how visitors find and use the site. It sets analytics cookies (named _ga) for up to two years, receives your IP address (which Google uses to estimate a broad location and does not store for us), and we send it only the page address without any query string. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. If you tap No thanks, Google Analytics is never loaded.

The same choice also switches on Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which shows us anonymous heatmaps and replays of how pages are scrolled and tapped, so we can fix confusing layouts. Clarity uses its own cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) for up to a year, masks anything typed, and is not used for advertising. If you tap No thanks, Clarity is never loaded.

Contacting us

If you email or message Virb, the information you choose to send is used to respond to that enquiry. Email and Instagram operate under their own privacy practices. Do not send sensitive information unless needed for your enquiry.

When you buy

Online ordering opens soon. When it does, payments will be handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.). At checkout Stripe collects your card details, which we never see, and your name, email, phone number and delivery address, which Stripe shares with us so we can deliver your order, answer questions and handle returns. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. We share your address and phone number with our delivery courier only to deliver your order. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

There are no customer accounts or newsletter signup on this site.
